Welcome to Sehdev Commerce. By accessing our platform, registering as a buyer or supplier, or facilitating trade through our marketplace, you agree to be bound by the following commercial Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Usage & Business Verification

Sehdev Commerce operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace. To participate in trading, listing products, or placing bulk orders, users must represent a valid business entity. We reserve the right to request GST certificates, Udyam/MSME registrations, or corporate PAN details to verify your business status before activating your account or processing commercial transactions.

2. Supplier & Manufacturer Obligations

Verified manufacturers and suppliers listing products on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date wholesale pricing and inventory levels.
• Maintain the quality standards and technical specifications advertised on their product listings.
• Fulfill approved bulk orders within the agreed-upon manufacturing and dispatch timelines.

3. Pricing, MOQs, and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Because we deal in wholesale trade, products are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). Prices do not include applicable freight or GST unless explicitly stated at checkout.

For standard procurement, payment must be completed via our approved B2B payment gateways (NEFT, RTGS, Corporate NetBanking, etc.) before order processing begins, unless a prior credit facility or Purchase Order (PO) terms have been formally approved by Sehdev Commerce.

4. Shipping, Logistics, and Risk of Loss

We facilitate pan-India shipping through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary based on volumetric weight, freight type (FTL/PTL), and destination pin code. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier, or upon successful delivery to the commercial site, depending on the agreed Incoterms of the specific transaction.

5. Returns and Defective Goods

Due to the nature of bulk commercial trade, returns are strictly limited to defective goods or material deviations from the listed product specifications. Change of mind returns are not accepted. 6. GST Compliance and Invoicing

Sehdev Commerce ensures strictly compliant B2B invoicing. Buyers are responsible for providing their correct GSTIN at the time of account creation or checkout to avail of Input Tax Credit (ITC). We are not responsible for ITC losses resulting from incorrect GSTIN details provided by the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Sehdev Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising from your use of the marketplace, delays in freight, or manufacturer supply chain disruptions.
